Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected:

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed due to carrier issues, customs processing, extreme weather, or other events outside our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Any applicable taxes, customs, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping price unless explicitly stated.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the carrier’s website.
International Shipping

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. McTie is not responsible for delays, losses, or misdeliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once a package is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we will assist with claims for lost or damaged shipments where applicable.
